As a 1 on 1 practitioner I have realised that most of times the Client isn't clear about what is going wrong and needs help for his problem to be understood and diagnosed by a specialist. When the root cause is identified and the possible outcomes are clear, he starts participating in the action planning with full energy and enthusiasm. 1 on 1 is truly effective as the two parties can decide the pace and depth of discussion, to make it relevant and implementable. One could end up making trustworthy relationship. Thanks Dharmendra for emphasising that managing one's energy and taking refreshing breaks to avoid burnouts is KEY for sustenance.
